What Your Support Achieves
Your support helps secure a permanent future for Roman Boxing and the community it serves. Every contribution moves the club closer to owning its home, protecting a facility that is already delivering positive impact across Bath and ensuring that work can continue for generations to come.
By helping purchase the leasehold of the building, supporters are contributing directly towards removing the uncertainty and instability that comes with rented premises. Instead of resources being lost to rental costs, the club will reinvest substantially more of its income into activities, programmes and opportunities for local people.
This is not a short-term solution or temporary intervention. It is a long-term investment in a sustainable community asset with 360 years remaining on the lease. The impact of the campaign will continue far beyond this two year fundraising period itself, creating stability for existing members and allowing the club to expand and support many more people in future.
Your support also protects everything that has already been built since Roman Boxing was founded in 2018: the volunteer network, the coaching team, the partnerships with schools and organisations, the opportunities for young people and the sense of community that so many members rely on each week.
Most importantly, every donation helps ensure that Bath continues to have a permanent home for boxing, health, confidence, discipline and community connection for centuries to come.
