All online donations and payments connected to the campaign are handled securely through Zeffy, a fundraising platform designed for charities and non-profit organisations. We chose Zeffy carefully because it allows Roman Boxing to receive 100% of donated funds, plus any eligible Gift Aid contributions, without platform deductions being taken from the charity.

Zeffy operates using an optional contribution model, meaning supporters may choose whether or not to contribute towards the running of the platform itself. Any optional contribution to Zeffy is separate from the donation made to Roman Boxing.

We have already used Zeffy successfully for ticket sales to our boxing shows and have found it to be a reliable, transparent and user-friendly platform for both supporters and the charity.

Personal information provided through donations or fundraising activities will be handled appropriately and kept private by both Zeffy and Roman Boxing in accordance with data protection requirements. Information will only be used for legitimate fundraising, administration and communication purposes connected to the campaign and club activities.

We also recognise that some supporters may prefer to give privately. Anonymous donations can be accommodated where requested, and anyone wishing to discuss this option is encouraged to contact the club before making their contribution.
